Housing Association

Welcome to Thame and District Housing Association. We hope you find the information you are looking for, but if you require any further details please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Our housing schemes provide a pleasant and supportive environment for older people who are able to live independently but may benefit from some additional support.

We are a small, dedicated team who work closely with residents to understand their needs and to ensure our schemes are well managed, safe and well maintained.

Most of the accommodation we provide consists of one and two-bedroom rented flats, along with a small number of leasehold and private rental properties. More recently, we have built five new homes in partnership with Homes England and South Oxfordshire District Council. These new flats incorporate a range of low-carbon features, including solar panels, ground source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points. We are continually exploring ways to further reduce our carbon emissions and improve sustainability.

Like all registered housing associations, we carry out regular resident satisfaction surveys. Below are some of our most recent results, which demonstrate very high levels of resident satisfaction compared with national benchmarks.

97% of our residents are satisfied

(National average is 77%)

95% of our residents feel they are treated fairly and with respect

94% of residents are satisfied with our repairs service

(National average is 81%)
