Welcome to Thame & District Housing Association. We're a locally connected, ambitious housing association providing high-quality, affordable homes and supporting people to live independently, safely and well in the communities they know and value.

We work closely with residents to ensure our homes are well managed, safe and well maintained, while continually looking for ways to improve our services.

While we have a proud 60-year history, our focus is firmly on the future. We plan to build more affordable homes for local people, working with Homes England, local councils and other partners to meet housing need, support wider housing targets and ensure the homes we provide remain high quality, safe and well maintained.

Partnership is central to how we work. We do more than provide homes, we recognise the wider role we can play in helping communities thrive. Alongside councils and Homes England, we work with health services, universities, colleges, schools and research partners such as the Met Office, to improve healthy homes, sustainability, climate resilience and resident wellbeing.

Most of our homes are one and two bedroom rented flats in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, alongside a small number of leasehold and private rental properties. We recently delivered five new homes with Homes England and South Oxfordshire District Council, incorporating low-carbon features including solar panels, ground source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

Like all registered housing associations, we carry out regular resident satisfaction surveys. Below are some of our most recent results, which demonstrate very high levels of resident satisfaction compared with national benchmarks.
